Hi! My name is Ally and I have been practicing massage for over four years. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and am trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Therapy (aka Trigger Point Therapy).
I grew up in Worthington Hills and have been in Ohio my whole life, but someday I will live in Arizona. In my free time, I escape in nature either by going on hikes with my dog Koa or visiting my mom who lives on Lake Choctaw.
Becoming a massage therapist was an easy choice because I have always loved helping people and I wanted a job that had the opportunity to be my own boss, just like my parents. Each of my massage treatments are customized to each patient, so whether you need relaxation with light pressure, or a sports massage with deep pressure, or a blend of both, you will leave satisfied. I use silicone cups which are the least aggressive form of cupping for patients who have extra stubborn areas of tension. In my years working alongside with Dr. Harville, I have seen and treated patients with chronic migraines, spinal deformities, joint replacements, arthritis, and more. Whatever your diagnosis or need, I’m confident we can make a plan to manage your pain and improve your quality of life!
