une 2023 Dr. Harville began treating me for plantar fasciitis. I am a very active individual and kept self-sabotaging my progress. He started with adjustment, therapeutic ultrasound and electric stim. We had a discussion about treating my foot with Shockwave Therapy. I received a total of 5 sessions over about 2.5 months with total resolution of symptoms.It is now about 2 months post treatment and I remain pain free. I started cryo therapy as a way to help with my recovery from running and lifting. It’s something completely new to me, however it is something I recommend for everyone.
